Resource structure and renaming remain separate from user editing.
Company and ProdRoom are separate concepts. Existing staging records without a company ID are grouped under their owning enterprise identity until the company migration is completed.

Configuration does not publish audio. Hosts see only enabled, ready stations permitted by their enterprise access. Network paths are mapping records until a separately approved ingestion connector is activated.
Groups
Create reusable teams inside an enterprise, then assign ProdRoom access by group instead of repeating the same grants user by user.
Enterprise group management is reserved for the next access-control migration. Individual accounts and ProdRoom Administrators do not see this page.
Invitations
