Privacy Statement
Last updated: August 21, 2026
This page describes how Amplified Marketing collects and uses information when you visit myprodhq.com or use ProdHQ Studio, Express, Mobile, Tablet, My Account, Help, or ProdHQ Cloud. Questions: [email protected].
The short version
- Browsing the public site does not require an account. We do not run advertising trackers or a third-party analytics pixel on these pages.
- If you create an account, we keep the email and profile you give us so you can sign in, subscribe, and use the apps.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Audio and sessions stay on your computer or in your browser until you save a download, export, or publish to ProdHQ Cloud.
Who we are
ProdHQ is operated by Amplified Marketing. ProdHQ is production software for radio spots, promos, and imaging. The public website, My Account, Help Center, and the apps listed above are part of that service.
Information we collect
If you only visit the website. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most websites, request logs may include your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request. That is used to run and protect the site. The marketing homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address for that request. We do not place advertising cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing tags on this site.
If you create an account. We collect:
- Email address and password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in plain text.
- Optional profile details: display name, job title, time zone, and an avatar image.
- Email preferences you set in My Account (message alerts, product updates, newsletter). Security, billing, and verification messages still send.
- Account status, last sign-in activity, and whether your email is verified.
If you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status and related billing records. Stripe handles card numbers. We do not store full payment card details on ProdHQ servers.
If you use the apps.
- Express and Mobile keep the current production in the browser until you leave, export, save a download, or publish to Cloud.
- If you publish to ProdHQ Cloud, we store the session, project, and media you upload so you and people you share with can open it.
- In-app messages and sharing notices are stored so they can be delivered in My Account and, if you opted in, by email. Message bodies stay in your ProdHQ inbox.
- ProdHQ Studio records a machine identifier and a machine label so one Suite seat can be tied to one computer. You can release a seat from My Account.
- The Account portal stores a device ID in your browser (local storage) and a short-lived session token (session storage) so you stay signed in on that browser.
- Studio download links are short-lived and tied to your signed-in account.
- Crash recovery files and recordings created by Studio stay on that computer. They are not uploaded to ProdHQ unless you choose Cloud publish or another upload.
If you generate a music bed. The prompt and related generation request are sent through our servers to ElevenLabs so the bed can be created. Provider credentials stay on our side. Use of generated music remains subject to your ProdHQ plan and ElevenLabs terms.
Internal operations. When someone signs up, starts a demo, or completes a purchase, a small activity notice may be emailed to the ProdHQ operator so we can support the product. That notice can include name and email.
How we use it
- Create and secure your account, including email verification and password reset.
- Provide Studio, Express, Mobile, Cloud, messaging, and software downloads.
- Process subscriptions and keep Suite access in sync.
- Enforce Studio machine seats.
- Send the emails you chose, plus required security and billing mail.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service (including abuse and fraud).
Who we share it with
We share information with companies that help us run ProdHQ, only as needed for that job:
- Google Firebase — sign-in and authentication.
- Stripe — checkout and subscription billing.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and site protection.
- Email delivery providers — verification, password reset, and the account emails described above.
- ElevenLabs — only if you use music-bed generation.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we must protect ProdHQ, our users, or the public. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Cookies and similar storage
We use browser storage that is needed to run the product, not ads:
- Firebase sign-in persistence in the browser.
- A session token in session storage while you use My Account.
- A random device ID in local storage for account sessions.
You can clear site data in your browser. Doing that will sign you out.
How long we keep it
Account, profile, billing status, Cloud sessions, and messages are kept while the account is active and as long as we need them to provide the service, meet legal or accounting duties, or resolve disputes. Short-lived download tokens expire in minutes. You can ask us to delete an account; see below.
Your choices
- Update profile, avatar, and email alerts in My Account.
- Change or cancel a subscription from My Account / Stripe.
- Release a Studio machine seat from My Account.
- Sign out everywhere from My Account.
- Email [email protected] to request a copy of your account information, a correction, or deletion of your account.
If you are in a place with additional privacy rights (including the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), you can use that same address to make the request. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
Children
ProdHQ is built for professional radio production. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use HTTPS, account sessions, and access controls on the services that store your data. No internet service is perfectly secure. Protect your password, and use Sign Out Everywhere if a device is lost.
Where processing happens
ProdHQ is operated from the United States. Our processors (including Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe) may handle data in the United States and other countries where they run.
Changes
If this statement changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ProdHQ after an update means the revised statement applies to that later use.
